We offer strategic brand development, professional graphic design, custom website design, architectural 3D spatial concepts, visual concept art, custom apparel design, and promotional video production. Each service is structured to deliver clarity, alignment, and measurable impact.
2️⃣ Do you work with clients outside of Chicago?
Yes. While based in Chicago, we collaborate with clients across the United States and internationally. Our systems are built to support seamless remote design, website development, and creative execution worldwide.
3️⃣ What does your project process look like?
After submitting your request, we conduct a structured review and respond within 24–48 hours. A consultation may follow, after which a formal proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment is issued before work begins.
4️⃣ Do you require a deposit?
Most graphic design, website design, and 3D rendering projects require a deposit prior to starting. The remaining balance is due upon final approval before production, watermark removal, or delivery.
5️⃣ How many revisions are included?
Revision limits are discussed during consultation and outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may require additional billing.
6️⃣ Who completes the work?
Projects are directed and structured under Dynasty White Design Innovative Enterprise. Depending on scope, specialized freelancers and independent contractors within our divisions collaborate to ensure high-level execution.
